Shipping Policy

All orders shipped to an address in the USA receive FREE shipping.

Coffee orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (at the latest) and should arrive within 5 days (usually less) from the date of your order. The beans are packaged and/or ground one day prior to shipment for maximum freshness. Coffee orders are shipped from our California & Illinois fulfillment centers.

Other items may ship as soon as 1 business day and as late as 5 business days and typically arrive between 5-8 days after placing the order to USA based addresses.

All orders are shipped from the USA but may be sent from more than one of our distribution & fulfillment centers, so your order may arrive in more than one package and not necessarily on the same day. Tracking information will be provided once the item is in transit.
